About a Civil Ceremony

Stephanie provides a sympathetic service for those who would prefer a Civil Funeral for their loved one. This is driven by the wishes of the deceased and their family. Civil Funerals may contain a hymn or a prayer, unlike humanist funerals which are completely non-religious. Stephanie will visit the relatives of the deceased by appointment as soon as is practicably possible and in a caring way discuss the planned
ceremony. She can help with music and readings, the eulogy and the order of service. The service allows family and friends to celebrate the life of the person in their own way. Based in Brighton, Stephanie is available for all East and West Sussex Ceremonies, cremations or burials and can also deal with memorial ceremonies and the scattering of ashes in a particularly favourite place. Burials at sea can also be undertaken.
